The pairing was easy. The intercom functions well and sound is good. I use my android phone via bluetooth with no problems (though I wish the android was better at voice commands so I could dial hands free better). I'm a bit of an audiophile so for music I was unsatisfied with the sound from the stock speakers so I purchased the additional mount for using earbuds and the boom-free mic. Works great. I actually took a call today from BMG (thanks for all your help, Paul.) while I was on the bike at interstate speeds and he said the sound was very good. I recommend this product highly!
